According to
Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles it seems that I won't be able to get a regular driver license. Instead I will get something called a "
Non-renewable/Non-transferable driver license". There is some more information about this in "
Digest of Ohio Motor Vehicle Laws", pages 6-7.
